Payment Instructions for Registration:

2. Complete the Payment: Follow the prompts on your UPI app to complete the payment.
3. Note the Transaction ID/Number: After the payment is successful, note down the Transaction ID/Number displayed on your UPI app.
4. Submit the Form: Enter the Transaction ID/Number in the designated field on the registration form before submitting it.
